  • After-Hours Emergencies:

    In the event of an emergency with your pet during normal business hours, please come right in. If you are able to call ahead so we can prepare to best treat your pet, please do so. If your pet experiences an emergency outside of normal business hours, please contact and go immediately to one of the local animal emergency clinics. Anytime we are closed. the following emergency referral centers are open with a veterinarian and full staff on duty. They will contact us as needed about our pet. The emergency hospitals are open nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Doctor's Hours by appointment:
         Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
         Saturday: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM

    Office appointments are scheduled Monday - Saturday from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM and 8:30 AM - 11:15 AM Saturday. To schedule an appointment, please call  901-452-3171 during normal business hours.

    We are closed on the following holidays:
         New Year's Eve (Closed at 12:00 PM)
         New Year's Day
         Memorial Day
         4th of July
         Labor Day
         Thanksgiving
         Christmas Eve (Closed at 12:00 PM)
         Christmas Day

    Surgeries are scheduled Monday - Friday.  If your pet is scheduled for surgery, please ensure that he/she receives No Food After 12:00 Midnight (unless specifically instructed to do otherwise) the night before surgery (water is fine in small amounts). To schedule surgery, please call  901-452-3171 during normal business hours.

    Drop-off service is offered for your convenience Monday - Friday. Drop-offs begin at 7:30 AM. Due to the limitations of our Saturday hours, we are unable to accommodate drop-offs on Saturdays.

  • Payment

    Payment is due at time services are rendered. Greene Animal Hospital accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  In addition, we are pleased to offer CareCredit to qualified applicants.
